About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Growth Expert to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. In this critical role, you will serve as a senior leader to drive business development and lead technical solutions for various markets.

Job Description

This position involves developing and executing a robust business growth strategy that leads to the growth of client business. You will engage and work closely with market-team peers and external clients to develop a pipeline, drive new business growth, and lead proposal and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy to drive revenue growth
  • Lead business development efforts, including identifying new opportunities and developing proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions to clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of experience in leading capture activities for government acquisitions
  • 5+ years of experience in technical or engineering work
  • 5+ years of experience in leading large teams and managing disparate tasks
  • Experience with client and industry relationships across the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Knowledge of VA contracts, acquisition, and proposal processes
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,100 to $250,000 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Our total compensation package includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
