In this entry-level role, the Account Coordinator will leverage their training in sales, marketing, public relations, and customer service, along with their strong organizational skills, to support the business development team in implementing marketing strategies for various key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry-Level Account Coordinator:

  • Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies for each client, focusing on lead generation and promotional activities
  • Facilitate connections between consumers and brands by engaging with customers on-site to address inquiries and clarify product/service features
  • Support the process of connecting customers as qualified leads to senior sales representatives
  • Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Provide administrative support to the manager as needed

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to progress from this entry-level position into cross-training in various areas of promotional and experiential marketing, including but not limited to:

  • Brand management
  • Advertising
  • Client engagement

  • Public Relations

This is a full-time entry-level role. Account coordinators will work directly with consumers and clients, requiring excellent communication skills.
