Lead Infant Toddler Teacher

Georgetown Hill Early School, a non-profit institution serving Maryland families since 1980, is seeking qualified Lead Infant/Toddler Teachers to join our team. Our mission is to provide an exceptional early childhood educational experience.

The role involves providing educational support and care to infant and toddler children, ages 6 weeks - 24 months, using a creative and age-appropriate curriculum. This includes supervision, physical, socio-emotional, and developmental support, as well as effective leadership among the classroom team.
Our ideal candidate will possess relevant experience, the MSDE 90hr Infant/Toddler Certification or CDA Certification with the Infant/Toddler Endorsement, and excellent understanding of child development principles and instructional strategies. Strong knowledge of MSDE regulations, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills are also essential.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $20-$24 per hour in Maryland, making it an attractive opportunity for those passionate about early childhood education.
