Lead Teacher

We are seeking a highly experienced and nurturing Lead Teacher to join our early childhood education team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities that promote intellectual and creative growth in preschool-aged children.
About the Role- Instruct young children in activities designed to foster their cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with parents on students' progress and growth
- Maintain high standards of health and safety in the classroom
- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or related fields
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to supporting children's needs
- Strong organizational and time management skills
