About the Job:

Samsung Semiconductor is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for supporting sales managers on various accounts, communicating with customers and internal teams to answer questions and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support local sales managers, HQ, and customers by answering questions and resolving sales operation-related issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams and customer operations teams to understand and align on the impact of scheduling issues and identify/recommend mitigation plans and alternative solutions.
  • Track and manage open orders, including expedite orders, verify pricing, work with HQ to ensure product is stocked and shipped according to schedule, and monitor billing progress.
  • Process RMA requests and sales billing adjustments.
  • Set up new accounts with required documents and maintain existing customers with the latest account information on ship-to locations, incoterms, and other details.
  • Monitor credit limits and accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung's credit department.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related reports and provide requested reports to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Provide backup support to coworkers on PTOs/weekends/holidays on rare occasions.
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline with 0+ years of experience in sales operations processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales support, account management, or client services is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in office software, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience in SAP for Sales Operations is a plus.
  • You must be inclusive, adaptable, and able to communicate effectively with diverse global norms.
  • An avid learner, you approach challenges with curiosity and resilience, seeking data to build understanding.
  • You are collaborative, building relationships, and offering support while being open to different approaches.
