  • Customer Success Leadership: Develop and manage a portfolio of customers to boost adoption, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Account Strategy & Expansion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute customer account strategies.
  • Business Outcomes & Transformation: Guide customers in leveraging Anaplan capabilities to achieve their key business objectives.
  • Health Monitoring & Proactive Engagement: Continuously assess customer engagement, platform usage, and business results.
  • Customer Advocacy & Feedback Loop: Advocate for customer needs and feedback internally, influencing Anaplan's product roadmap and innovation pipeline.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Partner with internal support teams to resolve platform issues, maintaining customer trust.
  • Customer Education & Enablement: Equip customers with the necessary knowledge and tools to utilize Anaplan effectively.
