Key Responsibilities

This role requires a skilled Business Growth Strategist to manage post-sales activity for Enterprise customers, drive business growth, and ensure maximum value from our platform.

Responsibilities include:

  • Understanding customer requirements and developing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Implementing and onboarding new customers, conducting product training, driving adoption and retention, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
  • Working closely with our customer C-Suite and executive teams, as well as our program counterparts to drive successful programs.

Salary range is $120,000 - $180,000 per year.
