About the Role

In this position, you'll wear many hats, from onboarding and value realization to expansion and renewals. You'll partner with customer stakeholders to develop custom engagement initiatives, manage customer data, and deliver program demos to showcase the benefits of our platform. With a focus on customer success, you'll believe no task is too small or too tall, and be comfortable working weekends as needed. If you're a motivated individual with 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar field, we encourage you to apply.

What You'll Need
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Services, or a similar field
  • Experience in the telehealth space
  • Experience with large- to enterprise-sized customer book of business
  • Creative problem solver with a determination to succeed
  • Independent and motivated, with the wisdom to seek help where needed
  • An entrepreneur with a passion for customer success
Benefits
