Job Overview:

Compensation: $15.50 per hour

As a vital member of our elite aquatics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests. Our facility is recognized for its exceptional standards in accountability, professionalism, and lifeguard skill performance.

Training and Certification:

We provide comprehensive lifeguard training through the esteemed Ellis and Associates International Lifeguard Training Program. You will receive compensation while completing your training and certifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and communicate essential safety regulations.
  • Monitor and guarantee the safety of guests and fellow team members.
  • Enforce waterpark and lifeguard protocols effectively.
  • Utilize and maintain rescue equipment properly.
  • Participate in and successfully complete all required training programs.
  • Deliver guest service in alignment with Cedar Fair standards.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Eligibility:

Positions are available for individuals aged 16 and older.

Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates who can:

  • Complete training and meet the standards of the Ellis & Associates International Lifeguard Training Program, including first aid, CPR, water skills, and spinal injury management.
  • Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, in accordance with company policy.
  • Undergo a background check if 18 years or older, which may include credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per company policy.
