Job Description

**Job Summary**

As a Safety Specialist with Synerfac Technical Staffing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients' employees and contractors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing electrical contractor in the South Hill area and contribute to the success of our company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform safety inspections and audits to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct on-site walk-throughs to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement safety training programs to educate employees and contractors on safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and supervisors to ensure safety standards are met and maintained throughout the project.
  • Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training programs.

**Requirements**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction safety, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Experience working on new data center projects is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, contractors, and clients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve safety goals and objectives.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • OSHA 500 certification is a plus.
