Position Overview:
The Customer Experience Ambassador plays a crucial role in addressing customer needs within our organization. The primary duties include:
- Responding to inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Processing customer payments and fees accurately.
- Assisting customers with scheduling and appointments.
