Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Safety Specialist to join our team at Stellar Technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consulting: Provide expert advice on occupational safety, hazardous substances, and fire protection, including taking on the role of safety consultant and providing support according to relevant regulations.
  • Safety Inspections and Training: Conduct independent safety inspections, audits, and training sessions, and assist with employee training to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Deriving Measures: Assess occupational safety measures and support in the creation of risk assessments and operating instructions to mitigate potential hazards.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop targeted solutions in occupational safety and act as a liaison with authorities, accident insurance providers, and property insurers.
  • Concept and Project Work: Work with the Environment and Safety team to further develop the occupational health and safety and fire protection concept of the municipal utility association, and carry out specific project work in this area.

  • Expert knowledge of occupational safety regulations and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
