About the Role

As an HVAC Team Leader with Vertiv in Richmond, VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our mission-critical infrastructure technologies. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration, this position requires an individual who can effectively lead and manage a team of technicians to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of technicians to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and support, responding promptly to their needs and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience: In a leadership or technical role, preferably in the field of HVAC or related industry.
  • HVAC Certification: Hold a valid certification in HVAC technology, such as EPA refrigerant license.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement them effectively.
