Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned financial services professional to lead our Central Administration team.

This leadership role is responsible for strategic planning, operational management, and oversight of all general accounting functions, as well as inmate finances.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

A CPA or CMA license is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Central Administration team, providing strategic guidance and operational oversight.
  • Oversee all general accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Manage inmate finances, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with regional and field staff to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve financial management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Extensive working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Proven leadership experience, managing a team of accounting professionals.
  • Experience evaluating, recommending, and developing automated financial systems for a large, complex organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA or CMA license.
  • Proficiency in automated applications, analysis, and financial management software.
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $93,000 - $144,923 per year, based on the location and industry standards.
