Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Taylor Strategy Partners. As a key member of our Home Care Urology Division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the urology industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account-level strategies to increase brand awareness and product utilization within strategic accounts.
  • Plan daily call routines to ensure effective coverage of key accounts based on sales potential, geographical location, and time allocation.
  • Analyze sales and marketing data to identify opportunities and implement strategies to maximize territory objectives.
  • Conduct cost/benefit analyses to support sales strategies and decision-making processes.
  • Drive referrals by promoting products and services within strategic accounts.
  • Maintain a strong desire to gain new customers and expand market share from a small base.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the medical or urology field.
  • Strong business acumen, hunter mentality, and results-oriented approach.
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, strong time management, and territory management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight (25% - 50%).
