Position Overview
The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team is responsible for the financial health of the organization while facilitating operational and business planning in a vibrant, fast-paced setting. We strive to ensure that growth is accurately forecasted and that our financial outcomes are meticulously reported.

We are seeking a Financial Analyst who can evaluate upcoming opportunities and support all facets of FP&A.

This role reports directly to the Vice President of FP&A and will engage extensively in various financial requirements of the organization, including data analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the FP&A team in delivering precise and timely monthly financial reports and analyses for the Executive Suite and other leadership.
- Engage in the forecasting and budgeting processes, gathering and organizing departmental contributions.
- Independently manage a range of ad hoc and special projects, which may encompass product costing, make vs. buy analysis, return on investment evaluations for capital expenditures, assessing the feasibility of new ventures, and more.
- Potentially participate in due diligence activities related to prospective mergers and acquisitions.
- Occasionally conduct site visits for manufacturing, production, rental, and service operations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus in finance, accounting, economics, or business management.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance or substantial internship experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong aptitude for financial modeling.
- Excellent financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate across multiple projects and a willingness to learn.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Eagerness to delve into learning Microsoft PowerBI, including basic knowledge of SQL.

Work Environment
The characteristics of the work environment described here are those an employee may encounter while performing the essential functions of this position.
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including overnight stays.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting, standing, and walking.

- Attendance – The ability to work as scheduled with punctual attendance, Monday-Friday, plus any additional hours/days necessary to meet business demands.
