Job Summary

CRB is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining the forecasting process and monthly reporting suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the company forecasting process, working closely with department leads and business unit leaders to develop and document business plans.
  • Prepare month-end presentations for regional and business unit management, including variance analysis on financial data and KPIs, as well as identifying areas for improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of a new cloud-based planning tool for all budgets, forecasts, and reporting needs of the finance organization.
  • Analyze financial data and develop financial models and cost projections for the organization.
  • Support the evaluation of internal projects and new business opportunities based on cash flow modeling and net present value evaluations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar finance/FP&A role.
  • Expert user of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Power Query (or Power BI), VBA, and SQL preferred.
  • Professional designation (MBA or CPA) complete or in process would be an asset.
  • Strong understanding of accounting rules and concepts required.
  • Experience in the Architecture-Engineering-Construction industries preferred.
  • Excellent business communication skills.
