Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive financial models for prospective real estate investment ventures, encompassing project, portfolio, and fund-level performance metrics.
  • Consolidate findings and deliver insightful recommendations.
  • Prepare internal and external communications, including memos and pitch presentations.
  • Support the due diligence process for new investment opportunities.
  • Conduct market analysis and evaluate macroeconomic trends affecting real estate.
  • Serve as a point of contact for lenders, joint venture collaborators, and capital partners.
  • Review historical performance data for investors and update financial projections accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in development is advantageous.
  • Proven analytical capabilities and experience in underwriting.
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly Excel, Argus, and CoStar.
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple assignments effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
