About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Real Estate Salesperson to join our team at Alaska Real Estate Connection LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, navigating the complexities of the real estate market, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Listings and Marketing: Create compelling property listings, conduct open houses, and promote properties through various channels to attract potential buyers.
  • Client Support: Understand client needs, identify suitable properties, and guide them through the purchasing process, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Skillfully negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
  • Property Showings and Inspections: Schedule property showings, communicate with potential buyers, and provide property information, as well as facilitate property inspections and address any concerns.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and industry regulations to provide informed guidance to our clients.
  • Record Keeping and Administration: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration within the team.
  • Independent Work and Time Management: Manage your own schedule, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively, working independently to achieve your goals.
Requirements
  • Alaska Real Estate License: Must be licensed to practice real estate in Alaska.
  • Experience and Skills: Previous experience in residential real estate is preferred, with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and the ability to work autonomously.
