ABOUT AUTOPAY:

AUTOPAY is a pioneering FinTech organization that is revolutionizing financial services in the mobile era. We operate as a virtual Finance & Insurance hub, assisting our clients in securing the ideal lender for their vehicle financing or refinancing needs. This enables us to finalize our clients' auto loans before they visit the dealership, and our extensive network of lenders guarantees they receive the most competitive rates available.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Loan Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering direct-to-consumer auto finance and refinancing solutions. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries from clients who have already been approved for refinancing, and presenting additional financing and coverage options to enhance the overall customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include structuring loans and proposing optional coverages to borrowers. You will oversee the loan process through various stages to ensure timely funding. Key tasks include preparing loans for the contracting phase, contacting borrowers to review electronic and title documents, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is signed and tracked. You will manage different loan statuses, ensuring all procedures are followed and any errors are promptly corrected.

BENEFITS:

  • Potential for six-figure earnings with a combination of hourly/salary and commissions. Average Loan Specialists earn between $70k and $80k annually, with top performers exceeding $150k, with no cap on earnings.
  • This role begins as an hourly position ($17.31-$18.29 based on location) and includes overtime pay along with a lucrative commission structure for the first three months to facilitate ramp-up time with significant earning potential during training.
  • On the first day of the fourth month, Loan Specialists transition to a salary structure based on a tiered commission system linked to overall revenue and product sales.
  • In addition to uncapped commissions, higher performance leads to more opportunities, significantly boosting earning potential.
  • Comprehensive training program lasting two weeks.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • 401K plan with company matching.
  • Options for health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

HOW YOU WILL ACHIEVE SUCCESS:

  • Customer Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide customized auto finance and refinancing solutions. Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Loan Processing: Manage the loan application process from initiation to completion, ensuring all required documentation is accurately completed and submitted while collaborating with supporting departments.
  • Make over 60 outbound calls daily, dedicating 3 to 5 hours to talking, texting, and emailing clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings to effectively present and explain additional options to clients.
  • Develop sales techniques to effectively communicate the benefits of loan options and sell supplementary products.
  • Manage client expectations and navigate objections using a consultative sales approach.
  • Work within the guidelines established by our lending partners.
  • Guide clients through the document signing process, collecting necessary stipulations, and maintaining consistent follow-up until the loan is funded.
  • Ensure quality assurance of all work through provided tools, including lender information, state regulations, documentation, and checklists.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure compliance in all loan processing activities.
  • Effectively manage and maintain an organized pipeline of loans.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
