Our platform enables customers to secure their auto financing before visiting dealerships, ensuring they access the most competitive rates available.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE:
With a potential for six-figure earnings, our compensation model includes hourly wages/salary combined with commissions. On average, our Loan Specialists earn between $70,000 and $80,000 annually, with top achievers surpassing $150,000+ per year, featuring an uncapped commission structure. Initially, this role offers an hourly wage ($17.31-$18.29 based on location) along with overtime pay and a lucrative commission plan for the first three months, allowing for a smooth transition into the role. After this period, Loan Specialists shift to a salary with a standard commission framework based on performance metrics.

ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Loan Specialist, you will be integral in delivering direct-to-consumer auto financing and refinancing solutions. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to approved refinancing, and presenting additional financing and coverage options to enhance the customer experience. You will structure loans and propose optional coverages to borrowers while managing the loan process through various stages to ensure successful funding.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with clients to assess their needs and offer customized auto financing and refinancing solutions, ensuring high-quality service and prompt issue resolution.
  • Loan Management: Oversee the loan application process from initiation to completion, ensuring all necessary documentation is accurately processed and submitted.
  • Sales Engagement: Conduct a minimum of 60 outbound calls daily, dedicating 3 to 5 hours to client interactions via calls, texts, and emails.
  • Product Expertise: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate and recommend additional options to clients.
  • Sales Skills Development: Enhance your ability to present the benefits of loan options and sell supplementary products.
  • Expectation Management: Utilize a consultative sales approach to manage client expectations and address objections.
  • Documentation Support: Assist clients with document signing, ensuring all necessary stipulations are collected and followed up until the loan is funded.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all work adheres to established guidelines and standards through available resources.
  • Collaboration: Work in tandem with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow all regulatory and company policies to maintain compliance throughout the loan processing activities.
  • Pipeline Management: Effectively organize and manage your workload to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Automotive Knowledge: Familiarity with the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Call Center Experience: Ability to manage high-volume calls efficiently.
