Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a diligent and proactive Customer Service Admin to join our team in Windsor, CT. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication between our clients and financial institutions, while also providing support in processing financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between clients and billing service centers.
  • Investigate and resolve misdirected payments.
  • Process payoff requests, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of accounts marked as paid in full.
  • Assist with contract payments, insurance billing, and collections.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all client interactions and notes within our system.
  • Handle filing, scanning, and general office tasks, including managing incoming and outgoing mail and ordering supplies.
  • File UCC financing statements accurately.
  • Request and verify insurance certificates for correctness.
  • Facilitate simple equipment finance transactions.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Business Administration or relevant experience; familiarity with equipment leasing is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Adept at prioritizing workload in a dynamic setting with shifting demands.
  • Exceptional customer service and time management skills.
  • Solid mathematical skills; experience in a financial context is beneficial.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of additional financial software is a plus.
