Job Title: Director, Business Development

Luth Research is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Business Development to drive sales and support the growth of our business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive business relationships with current and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with current and potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Manage and update the prospect and client database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the Account team with proposal generation and other sales-related activities.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of market research sales experience.
  • Exceptional internet and research skills.
  • Ability to identify potential clients and develop business strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Aggressive and disciplined approach to finding new business opportunities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Productive and organized with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Ability to be self-motivated and driven to reach sales goals and objectives.
