We are a rapidly growing and esteemed private security firm dedicated to providing exceptional services. We are currently seeking an Administrative Recruiter to enhance our operational capabilities. Our work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with numerous activities occurring concurrently. We pride ourselves on our commitment to client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Role Summary:
The Administrative Recruiter will play a pivotal role in managing the recruitment process for our operational needs. This individual will collaborate closely with team members to facilitate a seamless recruitment experience, guiding candidates from application through initial background checks and onboarding procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements.
· Evaluate resumes and conduct interviews, both via phone and in-person.
· Utilize a variety of resources, including career fairs and community networking events, to attract and source high-quality candidates.
· Provide essential employment information during the offer process, including details on benefits and compensation. Maintain candidate activity records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
· Exhibit excellent customer service skills when interacting with security personnel.
· Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities.
· Effectively communicate with all levels of management.
· Adapt to changing circumstances and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
· Possess exceptional time-management, communication, technical writing, presentation, and organizational skills.
· Be a reliable team player, exhibiting professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive outlook.
Required Qualifications:
· Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
· Minimum of two years of experience in an office environment with clerical or related duties.
· Background in logistics, security, or dispatching is preferred.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
· Ability to manage shifting priorities effectively.
· Proactive in achieving performance objectives with minimal supervision.
· Flexibility regarding job assignments, including potential cross-departmental work and overtime as needed.
Employment Type: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
