Position: Recruiter Coordinator
Hours: 8a-5p
Compensation: $25/hour

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the recruitment lifecycle, encompassing job advertisements, candidate sourcing, and interview logistics.
  • Employ Salesforce for tracking and managing recruitment activities, ensuring comprehensive documentation of candidates.
  • Formulate and execute effective strategies for lead generation to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and implement training and development initiatives for new employees.
  • Aid in the creation and execution of succession plans to foster team growth and continuity.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, enabling data-driven enhancements to recruitment strategies.
  • Leverage social media management tools to advertise job vacancies and interact with prospective candidates.
  • Assist the talent acquisition team in identifying and engaging high-caliber talent.
  • Oversee and coordinate the interview process, ensuring equitable treatment of all candidates.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing or recruitment coordination is essential.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in scheduling complex interviews using MS Outlook is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25.00 per hour
