Position Overview:
As a Recruitment Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the hiring process at TotalMed. Your primary focus will be to assist in the recruitment cycle from inception to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes crafting job postings, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
  • Leverage Salesforce to monitor and manage recruitment activities, ensuring accurate documentation of all candidates.
  • Create and execute innovative lead generation strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to design and implement training programs for new employees.
  • Aid in the formulation and execution of succession plans to promote team growth and stability.
  • Utilize HRIS systems to track and evaluate recruitment metrics, enabling data-driven enhancements to our hiring strategies.
  • Employ social media management tools to advertise job openings and connect with prospective candidates.
  • Support the talent acquisition team in identifying and engaging high-potential candidates.
  • Oversee and coordinate the interview process, ensuring all candidates receive fair and respectful treatment.

Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination or staffing is essential.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Recruiting Cloud is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in scheduling complex interviews using MS Outlook is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $25.00 per hour

Work Schedule:
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Daytime hours
  • Monday through Friday

Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 year in recruiting is preferred.
