  • Industry Knowledge and Trends: Remain informed on industry trends, new products, and legislative changes to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in insurance, specifically in Commercial Lines.
  • Knowledge: Full knowledge of Property Casualty lines of coverage and services.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively in both team environments and independently.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting.
