Recruitment Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the primary focus of this role is to manage the daily recruitment activities within the organization’s HR department. This includes collaborating with personnel across various levels to ensure the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of high-quality candidates. Effective communication is essential for success in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including managing the daily operations of recruitment initiatives, coordinating on-campus interviews, and assessing advertising requirements.
- Handle the daily functions of recruiting, which encompasses scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, conducting decision meetings, and preparing offer letters.
- Monitor candidates throughout the interview and onboarding phases, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and promptly.
- Maintain records of recruitment expenditures to assist management in preparing the recruitment budget.
- Support payroll preparation by supplying relevant information such as absences, bonuses, and leave.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience in recruitment, preferably within professional services.
- An Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A proactive approach and a commitment to contributing positively to the team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid understanding of business operations and financial functions.
- A focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is essential; familiarity with iCIMS is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of ADP software and resume databases is preferred.
