Client Support Specialist

The CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST plays a crucial role in assisting the Customer Service Department with the management of various lines of commercial insurance, ensuring adherence to the quality and service benchmarks established by the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional, customer-focused service. The individual must be organized, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks, adaptable to changes, and able to collaborate effectively within a team setting. A readiness to thrive in a dynamic and expanding organization is essential.
- Daily management of assigned accounts, including binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and audits.
- Establish priorities and oversee workflow to guarantee efficient, timely, and precise processing of transactions and other duties.
- Address service inquiries, including coverage and billing questions, change requests, and general advice, ensuring prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, carriers, and other business associates.
- Investigate, respond to, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Extract information from company systems based on customer inquiries and relay information back to the customer clearly and knowledgeably.
- Document all customer interactions, communications, and sales in the management system.
- Minimum of 1 year of office experience (Required).
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of office experience.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (Required).
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail, reliability, and follow-through.
- Ability to comprehend and interpret information effectively.
- High level of professionalism to manage sensitive and confidential matters.
- Strong work ethic and excellent time management capabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with individuals across the organization.
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and promoting a positive company image.
