Recruitment Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager, the primary focus is to manage the daily recruitment activities for the organization's HR department. This role involves collaborating with personnel across various levels to ensure that high-quality candidates are identified, evaluated, and successfully integrated into the organization. Effective communication is essential for success in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all aspects of recruitment, including the daily management of office-level hiring initiatives, coordinating on-campus interviews, and assessing advertising requirements.
  • Manage the daily operations of the recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, overseeing candidate pipelines, facilitating decision meetings, and preparing offer letters.
  • Monitor candidates throughout the interview and onboarding phases, ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and promptly.
  • Track recruitment expenditures to provide insights for the management team in the development of the recruitment budget.
  • Assist in payroll processing by supplying relevant information (such as absences, bonuses, and leave).
  • May involve additional tasks and special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating progressive responsibility; experience in professional services is preferred.
  • An associate degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to contribute to team objectives.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid business understanding and the ability to grasp the company’s financial and operational processes.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is essential; familiarity with iCIMS is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Knowledge of ADP software and resume databases is preferred.
