POSITION SUMMARY: Under the guidance of the Human Resources Manager, the primary focus is to manage the daily recruitment operations for the organization’s HR department. This role involves collaborating with personnel across various levels to ensure the sourcing, screening, and onboarding of high-quality candidates. Effective communication is essential for success in this position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all recruitment activities, including the daily management of office-level hiring initiatives, organizing on-campus interviews, and coordinating screening processes while assessing advertising requirements.
- Supervise the daily recruiting functions, which encompass scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, conducting decision meetings, facilitating cultivation visits, and preparing offer letters.
- Monitor candidates throughout the interview and onboarding phases, ensuring that all steps are completed accurately and promptly.
- Track recruitment expenditures to assist the management team in developing the recruitment budget.
- Support payroll processing by supplying relevant information such as absences, bonuses, and leave records.
- May involve additional tasks and special projects as necessary.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible experience, preferably in professional services.
- An associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to contribute to team efforts.
- Effective and professional communication skills.
- Strong business insight and the ability to understand the company’s financial and operational aspects.
- A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems is mandatory; familiarity with iCIMS is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
- Knowledge of ADP software and resume databases is preferred.
