About the Role

BNY Mellon is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Wealth Management Director to join our team. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions to our clients using our Active Wealth framework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Provide comprehensive wealth management advice and solutions using BNY Mellon's Active Wealth framework
  • Responsible for bringing new clients to the firm and effectively servicing, managing, and growing existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with Client Strategists to win new business
  • Manage large and complex client relationships with a dedicated support team
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced/graduate degree preferred
  • Additional industry designations and certifications a plus (CFP, CFA, etc.)
  • Minimum 5 years of financial industry experience, primarily managing larger, more complex client relationships
  • Strong technological proficiency and adoption of firm's digital tools
