Role Overview:
The Business Systems team plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing the internal technologies that empower Anduril to fulfill its mission. Our work supports various departments, including supply chain, finance, manufacturing, and more, ensuring they have the necessary tools for operational success.

We are currently seeking a highly proficient ERP Solutions Engineer to take charge of designing, developing, and implementing our ERP capabilities, ensuring alignment with Anduril's strategic objectives.

This role involves collaboration with diverse teams across engineering, supply chain, operations, and finance to assess business needs, engineer effective solutions, and align our systems with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement tailored solutions that fulfill the organization's business requirements.
  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications, aiming for automation of essential business processes.
  • Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify enhancement opportunities and execute improvements.
  • Lead system-centric projects, defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate solutions into the company’s infrastructure.
  • Work with internal development teams to create custom solutions when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on best practices for systems and processes, including training and documentation.
  • Document all new solutions and previous customizations to streamline onboarding and reduce repetitive inquiries.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver custom reports and saved searches as required.
  • Conduct NetSuite training sessions for users based on established processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes within an ERP environment, preferably in manufacturing (Aerospace & Defense industry is a plus).
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud-based ERPs, particularly NetSuite and Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience as a primary administrator with minimal reliance on external resources.
  • Proven success in leading complex system-centric projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to convert business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively engaging with cross-functional teams.
  • U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
  • Willingness to work in-office full-time and travel up to 25% as needed.
