Role Overview:
The Business Systems team plays a crucial role in developing and enhancing the various systems and internal technologies that empower Anduril to fulfill its mission.

Our technology is essential for teams across supply chain, accounting, sales, field maintenance, manufacturing, and more.

We collaborate across the organization to ensure that we possess the necessary tools and capabilities for operational success.

We are in search of a highly proficient ERP Solutions Engineer who will be tasked with designing, developing, implementing, and promoting the adoption of our ERP capabilities to secure Anduril's success in both the short and long term.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, accounting, and finance, to comprehend business needs, engineer solutions, and align our systems with the company's strategic objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions that align with the organization's business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business partners to interpret business needs and translate them into functional and technical solutions, leading to the automation of critical business functions.
  • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
  • Lead the execution of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company’s infrastructure.
  • Work with internal software development teams to create custom solutions when necessary.
  • Provide guidance and support to stakeholder teams on system and process best practices, including training and documentation.
  • Document all new solutions and previous customizations to streamline onboarding for new hires.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, build, and deliver custom reports and saved search requests as needed.
  • Deliver training on NetSuite to users based on Anduril-defined processes.

Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes within an ERP environment, preferably in manufacturing (Aerospace & Defense industry).
  • Extensive knowledge of cloud-based ERPs, particularly NetSuite and Oracle Fusion.
  • Experience as a primary administrator with minimal reliance on external resources.
  • Proven ability to lead complex system-centric projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effective in cross-functional team settings.
  • U.S. Person status is required for access to export-controlled data.
  • Willingness to work in-office full time and travel up to 25% as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is estimated between $150,000 and $225,000 USD, based on various compensation factors, including experience and skills.
