Utilizing SCRUM Agile methodology, you will engage in iterative development and testing of Salesforce solutions. As a Senior Engineer, your responsibilities will include leading integrations through Web Services and APIs, as well as managing data migration from legacy systems.

Your expertise will encompass Salesforce declarative and programmatic development resources, including triggers, Flows, validations, approvals, Apex classes, and Lightning Web Components. You will execute comprehensive test plans to guarantee quality delivery through test code and unit tests. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior team members in scoping and implementing intricate business solutions. Adhering to coding standards and participating in architectural code reviews during projects will be essential to ensure the application of appropriate design patterns.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in the complete application lifecycle, from technical design and architecture to development, testing, and deployment of high-quality Salesforce solutions using coding best practices.
  • Identify and propose innovative solutions to extend the out-of-the-box capabilities of the Salesforce platform.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with other technical resources, including architects, administrators, configuration experts, and stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and technical challenges.
  • Implement various AppExchange tools such as DocuSign and eSignLive.
  • Develop integrations between Salesforce and on-premises solutions using APIs and Web Services, with proficiency in Mulesoft and other integration tools.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers, both individually and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with best practices.
  • Provide mentorship and technical leadership to fellow team members.


Basic Qualifications:
  • Must reside in the continental United States (U.S.) and perform work within the U.S.
  • Ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust Clearance.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in custom development.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Salesforce Certification(s).
  • 4+ years of experience in custom development, including Lightning Design Systems, APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • 4+ years of experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications using web services like SOAP or REST API with OAuth.
  • 2+ years of experience with Einstein Analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
  • Specialized Consultant Certifications such as Sales, Service, or Community.
  • Experience with Public Sector Solutions.
  • Familiarity with ETL/ESB tools like Informatica or Mulesoft.

The pay range for this position is influenced by various factors, including relevant work experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, education, and contract provisions related to labor categories specific to the role.

The estimated pay range for this position is: $69,000 - $143,706.00.
