Job Summary

Main Appliance Service is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Parts and Online Sales Processor.

This full-time position will be based at our East-Madison office and will be responsible for receiving and processing incoming shipments, managing inventory, and handling part and core returns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and maintaining a high level of organization.

Listing experience on platforms such as eBay, Square, and Amazon is a plus, as the successful candidate will be responsible for managing online sales of inventory.

We are looking for someone who is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Managing inventory and tracking stock levels
  • Handling part and core returns
  • Processing defective part and credit requests
  • Listing, processing, and shipping internet sales
  • Communicating with customers and vendors on order status
  • Maintaining stock on warehouse supplies
  • General housekeeping of the warehouse area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Listing experience on platforms such as eBay, Square, and Amazon
