Job Overview

Drake & Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Coordinator. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and organization of our stockroom and inventory work area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of products
  • Organize and maintain a clean and efficient stockroom environment
  • Collaborate with the purchasing team to review and process inventory requests
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and data entry to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Rotate older inventory to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Label and date products for easy identification and review

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in inventory management, stockroom, or receiving preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
