Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Duly Health and Care. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing professional clinical leadership and supervision to our nursing staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff
  • Maintain work schedules and delegate tasks as needed
  • Monitor overtime and adjust schedules accordingly
  • Approve time off requests and adjust schedules as needed
  • Provide orientation and training to new nursing staff members
  • Assist in annual employee evaluations
  • Coordinate nursing staff meetings as needed
  • Delegate nursing tasks and inventory medical supplies
  • Submit supply orders as needed
  • Monitor budgetary constraints and maintain DMG policy and procedures
  • Ensure OSHA/Safety compliance and maintain patient confidentiality
  • Meet regularly with office manager
