Position Overview

This is a full-time role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with responsibilities that include travel across multiple locations. The typical schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

The Healthcare Operations Supervisor will lead the front desk personnel across our regional practices. This role encompasses:
  • Addressing daily operational inquiries
  • Managing end-of-day financial deposits
  • Overseeing staff scheduling
  • Coordinating the physician on-call roster

Comprehensive knowledge of CPT and ICD coding, along with health insurance patient billing, is essential. This role is a vital component of the practice leadership team.
