Team Leader Role

Hope Community Support Services LLC is actively looking for a Team Leader to become part of our committed team. Our staff and volunteers take pride in positively influencing the lives of those we assist. This position transcends a mere job; it represents a chance to provide care and support to individuals in need.

Position Overview:
  • Work Schedule: 5 days a week
  • Working Hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Essential Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or GED is mandatory
  • Experience: Preferred 2 years in the field of developmental disabilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coaching and development of team members
  • Facilitate planning sessions and team meetings
  • Communicate program-related issues to the Program Administrator
  • Ensure the implementation of client care plans
  • Support clients in developing skills and achieving their goals
  • Provide crisis intervention and advocate for clients' needs
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records
  • Assist individuals in accessing community activities and resources
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of clients
  • Provide personal care and assistance as required
  • Model appropriate boundaries and establish limits
Required Skills:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Valid Driver's License and insurance
  • Necessary certifications
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • Strong communication abilities
Physical and Mental Requirements:
  • Physical demands include standing, walking, and occasional lifting
  • Mental demands involve problem-solving and decision-making
  • Travel may be necessary for client transportation
