Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee initiatives to enhance, expand, and optimize our automated client-facing reporting frameworks.
  • Organize, prioritize, and direct the functionalities of our Practix platform.
  • Promote and refine reporting systems along with associated analytical data infrastructures.
  • Act as the main liaison among Client Services, Media Execution, Engineering, and Analytics for requirements gathering, capability definition, reporting feedback, and data governance.
  • Serve as the point of contact with the client team for all reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with teams to collect feedback, comprehend requirements, and ensure the product delivers substantial value.
  • Develop and sustain a product roadmap that aligns with organizational objectives and market needs.
  • Articulate product vision, progress, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
  • Conduct market analysis to remain updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer expectations.
  • Enhance the UX/UI of products to ensure an exceptional user experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience demonstrating knowledge of data analytics, reporting systems, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, Programmatic, and Social media is essential.
  • Previous agency experience is highly preferred, including an understanding of reporting cycles, client requirements, and accessibility.

Physical and Cognitive Requirements:

  • Proficient in speaking and reading English.
  • Able to sit for extended periods.
  • Capable of using a keyboard.
