About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Strategist to join our team at Allianz Life. As a key member of our Product Innovation team, you will play a critical role in driving the development of innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust product pipeline that supports the company's strategic objectives for a dedicated line of business.
  • Lead the ideation process to ensure a pipeline of actionable and feasible product concepts that meet real consumer needs, drive profitable growth, and maintain or extend market leadership.
  • Collaborate with leaders of a product line and other departments to ensure each dedicated product line has a robust and innovative product development pipeline.
  • Assist with the development and realization of the product strategy.
  • Report to the Sr. Director of Product Innovation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years' experience in product management, including experience managing all aspects of a product line to differentiate the company in the market and deliver on profit and growth targets.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and implement complex projects and change initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
