Job Overview

Solo is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales process, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and possess the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with tools like Google Suite and HubSpot is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead intake quality.
  • Perform outbound prospecting activities, including cold calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and assess their fit and potential through discovery conversations.
  • Use lead qualification frameworks to determine sales readiness.
  • Seamlessly transition qualified leads to Account Executives.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in sales, account management, or related role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation and qualification goals.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing pipeline tracking and reporting.
Compensation

We offer an estimated salary range of up to $70,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and retirement plan options.
