Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at ServiceNow. As a key member of our Software Sourcing Team, you will be responsible for providing value to the organization by hitting annual savings targets, reducing contractual risk, and meeting stakeholder requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier contracts from cradle to grave, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Navigate sourcing processes with a sense of urgency, curating new strategies for vendor engagement, renewal processing, and stakeholder enablement.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to achieve department and company-wide KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business units and external partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide sourcing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technology sourcing with a focus on Software in a high growth, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills to oversee simultaneously occurring projects, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Ability to spot trends in data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain strong internal and external relationships at all levels.
  • Proven creative thinker with a problem-solving approach to implement solutions at scale.
  • Working knowledge of sourcing processes, methodologies, and approaches.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent track record of establishing relationships, influencing, and negotiating competing priorities among business partners.
  • Can-do mentality and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
