Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive the successful completion of complex Strategic Partner agreements. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for negotiating and executing timely closure of agreements with strategic partners worldwide, while ensuring a mutually beneficial outcome for both NVIDIA and our partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive and execute complex Partner agreements to timely and successful closure
  • Develop and implement programs to support the contractual requirements of our partners
  • Work with cross-functional NVIDIA teams to review and finalize partner agreements
  • Coordinate with NVIDIA functional groups to ensure successful execution of agreements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 15+ years of experience leading the successful closure of complex partner agreements
  • 5+ years of Director team leadership experience in contract management at a major technology company
  • Extensive expertise in all forms of enterprise business agreements
  • Self-starter with minimal direction
  • History of effectively working with enterprise technology partners
  • Experience leading negotiations with partners at all levels, including executive management
What We Offer
