Job Summary

The Account Growth Executive is responsible for identifying, developing, and nurturing business relationships with companies and individuals within their designated territory. This role is focused on generating and maximizing revenue for MYCON General Contractors while retaining and growing key accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve desired revenue targets.
Build and maintain a network of potential clients, consistently contacting them through phone, email, and visits.
Penetrate new markets to diversify the client base, including industrial, traditional, and non-traditional accounts.

Requirements

Proven track record with 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience within the heavy equipment and/or construction markets.
BA/BS degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred. Work experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
Proficient with MS Office, with an emphasis in Excel and Outlook.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Work Environment

The work environment is an office and occasionally a job site with exposure to outdoor elements. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to very loud and frequently requires the use of personal protective equipment.
