Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Communication: Be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- System Proficiency: Become proficient in our systems and processes to effectively manage customer interactions.
- Research and Assistance: Conduct research and provide expert assistance to internal and external clients to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
- Team Collaboration: Interact daily with our Account Management and Operational Teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Logistics Support: Provide critical support to our Logistics Team, setting parameters for order direction and packing requirements.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on inventory, shipment tracking, and order history to inform business decisions.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and think creatively to resolve complex issues.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
- Task Management: Proactively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities to meet deadlines.
- Client Success: Deliver insights and recommendations to drive overall client success and satisfaction.
- Continuous Learning: Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Independence and Adaptability: Effectively work independently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.

- Writing and Analytical Skills: Possess excellent writing and analytical skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Education: A degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Possess intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Call Center Experience: Have 1-2 years of call center experience or 2-3 years of client-facing experience.
- Physical Activity: Occasional walking, manual dexterity for repetitive work, and frequent sitting for prolonged periods.
- Travel: No travel required.
- Chemicals: No exposure to chemicals.
- Lifting and Pushing: No lifting, pushing, or pulling required.
The national pay range for this role is $22.00 per hour. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to, education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission, or incentive program. The IMAGINE Group offers benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with match, life insurance, and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus tuition assistance, caregiver leave, adoption assistance, and employer/partner discounts.
