Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sickies Garage Burgers & Brews. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, coaching and developing our team members, and working closely with fellow managers to achieve weekly budget goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure seamless execution of daily restaurant operations, including managing staff, inventory, and scheduling.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide coaching and guidance to new team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their growth within the company.
  • Maintain Staffing Levels: Effectively manage staffing levels to meet business demands, ensuring adequate coverage during peak periods.
  • Adhere to Safety Guidelines: Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Weekly Inventories and Schedules: Conduct regular inventory checks and schedule management to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a Clean and Fun Work Environment: Foster a positive and clean work environment that promotes a fun and engaging atmosphere for both guests and team members.
  • Resolve Guest Issues: Address guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate with Fellow Managers and General Manager: Regularly communicate with fellow managers and the General Manager to ensure alignment on business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
  • 2+ Years Similar Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
