About the Role

We are seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Operations for Home Health to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. This is a dynamic leadership position that requires strong clinical expertise, business acumen, and strategic thinking. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving clinical operations excellence across our home health services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical strategies to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall quality of care.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational processes that promote efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability and growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, payers, and community partners.
  • Mentor and develop clinical leaders to achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on clinical leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as nursing, healthcare administration, or business.
  • Proven track record of improving clinical outcomes, reducing costs, and driving business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
