Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ready mix customers, ensuring timely deliveries, and optimizing the use of company resources. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and possess intermediate to advanced computer skills.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in Denver. This full-time hourly position offers a competitive salary range of $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide top-notch customer service to ready mix customers via phone and in-person
  • Manage daily delivery schedules, using GPS tracking software to monitor transit times and communicate with drivers as needed
  • Process orders, including cash and credit card transactions, and ensure accurate pour information is obtained from customers
  • Collaborate with the sales and administration departments to ensure all Brannan administrative procedures are followed
  • Participate in daily Key Performance Indicators to drive operational excellence in all departments
  • Treat hourly workforce with respect at all times and utilize information from drivers to optimize customer service

Qualifications

  • Local geographic knowledge of the Denver Metro Area
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • High level of accuracy with data entry
  • Strong phone skills and ability to multi-task
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
